Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre creates suicide research chair

On October 9, 2014, the Mach-Gaensslen Foundation (MGF) teamed up with the Do It For Daron (DIFD) Foundation and the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre to announce the formation of a new clinical research chair in suicide prevention. MGF and DIFD will each contribute $1 million over 10 years ($100,000 each per year) to fund the chair, which will be located at the Royal.
